How long will it take to receive my order?

We shipped ONLY by USPS Priority mail and UPS. FedEx is too expensive.

During the holidays, as you can imagine, it takes extra to deliver your order.

We do not have any power over the package after it is shipped. A customer is responsible for tracking the package and contacting USPS/UPS if the package is delayed/missing.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days after we shipped it, please, contact USPS at usps.com or file a search request at USPS website: missingmail.usps.com.

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We will make an announcement on our website and mailers when we do.

RETURNS

Due to the custom made nature of our Leaves and Looms LLC products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for:

  •  Super chunky Merino wool, Tube and Vegan yarn; 
  •  Any products knitted with super chunky Merino wool, vegan and chenille yarn, including but not limited to blankets, rugs, pet beds, knitwear, home decor products, etc.
  • Any specific custom-made projects you request.

We appreciate your understanding. The distressed economy has effective all small businesses and in order to keep costs down, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees.
